Over the past 20 years, I’ve explored nearly every treatment available—CBT, CBD, EFT, NLP, hypnotherapy, medication, retreats, cold water therapy, journaling, exercise—and so much more. Along the way, my passion for helping others led me to become a trained anxiety coach. But my journey hasn’t been just about managing anxiety. I’ve also faced the challenges of a life-threatening illness and the devastating loss of a family member. Through it all, I discovered something crucial: anxiety isn’t something you “fix” overnight. It’s something you manage, just like physical fitness. That’s why I created the AnxietyGym Method.
